Grzegorz Dzik – Member of the Supervisory Board

The founder, in 1990, of the largest group of companies in Poland specializing in outsourcing services for enterprises and the largest Polish private employer. The main shareholder of Impel S.A. In the years 1999 - 2004 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company. Since January 5, 2004, the President of the Management Board of Impel S.A.

Since 2007, a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A.

Since 2006, the Chairman of the Board of the "Na ratunek dzieciom z chorobą nowotworową" Foundation that he has been engaged in since 1998. The initiator of the construction of the "Przylądek Nadziei" university hospital for children. Since 2000, he has been a Member of the Social Council of the University Hospital in Wrocław. He was awarded Viktoria 2016 by the Association of the Friendly People Club in recognition of special merits in saving children's life and health and humanitarian activities.

In the years 1998-2012 he was the President, and since September 2012 he was the Chairman of the Board of the Western Chamber of Commerce, the organization associating Lower Silesian entrepreneurs, the founder of the Lower Silesian Economic Award: Gryf.

In 2003, he was appointed by Jan Nowak - Jeziorański as a Member of the Eastern European College Council. Since November 2008, he has been the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Wroclaw. He promotes Ukrainian culture and art. His scholarship holder is a young, talented, Ukrainian violinist - Viktor Kuznietsov.

The winner of prestigious awards and distinctions: Zasłużony dla Wrocławia 2015 (for charitable activities and initiating the construction of the Przylądek Nadziei, a modern university hospital for children with cancer), the prize of the President of Wroclaw Rafal Dutkiewicz 2015 (for business, sport and charity activities), Złoty Krzyż Zasługi in 2010 (the award given by the President of the Republic of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski for achievements in activities for economic development in Poland, social activities and charity), the prize of the Minister of Economy 2010 (in recognition of many years of work for the founders of Impel), Wektory 2005 (for creating IMPEL S.A from scratch, an effective and significant in Europe outsourcing company), BYK Sukcesu 2002 (in recognition of creating 18 thousands of jobs on the basis of Polish capital). Since 1997, he was involved (through Impel SA) in the development of female volleyball - starting from his support of the junior team, to the Gwardia Wrocław, to taking over the role of the owner of the team which, since 2011, is called Impel Wrocław. In the season 2013/2014, Impel Wrocław became the runner-up of Poland for the first time in the team's history. The company supports the Młoda Gwardia Foundation, which provides professional training for children and youth in volleyball in Wrocław and Lower Silesia. He holds the degree of M.Sc in Civil Engineering - he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology, he has two children, he is passionate about literature, philosophy and psychology.
