The Management Board of TIM S.A., with its registered seat in Wrocław, acting in conformity with Article 103, section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz. U. of 2014, No. 133, consolidated text) informs that the term of making the consolidated extended Report for Q1 of 2015 public by TIM S.A. (included in the Current Report No. 4/2015 made public on 28.01.2015) is changed from 15.05.2015 to. 13.05.2015.
