Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław announces that on 25.03.2016 the company TIM SA formed a company 3LP SA with its registered office in Siechnice. The share capital of the company 3LP SA amounts to PLN 100,000 and is divided into 100,000 _ one hundred thousand _ shares with the nominal value of 1 _ one _ zloty each. TIM SA acquired 100 % of shares in the company, referred to above.

The business object of 3LP SA will mainly be the provision of logistics services, and in particular storage and warehousing of goods.
Management Board of TIM SA notified of its intention to found the company 3LP SA in the current report No. 38/2015 of 18.12.2015.
