The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław, acting in relation to the information included in current statement No. 11/2018 published on 24.04.2018 about entering into the conditional sale agreement by 3LP SA with its registered office in Siechnice, a subsidiary of TIM SA in which it holds 100% of shares, namely the conditional agreement on sale of a part of land property located in Siechnice at ul. Kwiatkowskiego 24, limited to the plot number 544/58 with an area of 22 246 m2, for which the District Court in Oława maintains a land and property register entry No. KW WR1O/00062692/3, which is used by 3LP SA as the perpetual usufructuary_hereinafter referred to as: “Land Property”_informs that, since all the conditions specified in the above agreement have been met, on 09.05.2018 3LP SA signed an agreement on transferring the perpetual usufruct right to the Land Property on the buyer, i.e. Stillden Investments spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 56 C under the terms and conditions specified in the conditional agreement on sale of the Land Property.
