The Management Board of TIM S.A., hereinafter referred to as: “TIM S.A” or the “Company”, announces that on 16 November 2022, a decision was made on the advance payment on the expected dividend at the end of 2022 in the total amount of PLN 29,968,920 (in words: twenty nine million nine hundred and sixty-eight thousand nine hundred and twenty zlotys) gross, which is PLN 1.35 (in words: one zloty thirty five groszy) gross per share from the profits made by the Company between 01.01.2022 and 30.06.2022.

22,199,200 bearer shares of TIM S.A. are entitled to an advance on the expected dividend at the end of 2022.

The right to receive an advance on the expected dividend at the end of 2022 is granted to the shareholders who have TIM S.A. shares on 16 December 2022, and the payment will be made on 23 December 2022.

TIM S.A. has sufficient funds for the payment of the advance on the expected dividend for the financial year 2022, and the advance payment is in line with Article 349(2) of the Commercial Companies Code, i.e.:

1_the annual financial statement approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 shows a net profit in the total amount of PLN 82,531,000,
2_the semi-annual financial statement of TIM S.A. for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 shows a net profit in the total amount of PLN 60,759,000.

The above financial statements have been audited by a certified auditor, Grant Thornton Polska Sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Poznań, entered into the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under no. 4055.

During its meeting on 16 November 2022, the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. agreed to pay the shareholders an advance on the expected dividend at the end of the financial year 2022 on the above-mentioned terms and conditions proposed by the Management Board of TIM S.A.
