| The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wroclaw announces that on 21.06.2017 it received a notice from Mr. Krzysztof Folta – a shareholder of TIM S.A. – on its intention to announce at the general meeting of the company convened on June 22, 2017 the candidacy of Mr. Krzysztof Wieczorkowski for the position of the Chairman of the TIM SA Supervisory Board.
