Piotr Tokarczuk holds the Master's degree in Economics – he graduated from the University of Economics in Wrocław, the Faculty of Management and Information Technology, specializing in: Finance Management.

• 2001 – The Stockbroker License,
• 2017 – The Certificate of the Chief Accountant,
• 2017 – The examination for members of supervisory bodies referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 1 point 1 lit. j of the Act of December 16, 2016 on the principles of state property management.

• Except for the held shares of Companies traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA (including shares of TIM SA), Piotr Tokarczuk is not a partner or a shareholder in limited companies or partnerships.
• Piotr Tokarczuk is not engaged in any competitive activity in relation to TIM SA, he is not involved in a competitive company as a partner in a partnerhip, neither he acts as a member of a limited company body, nor he participates in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
• Piotr Tokarczuk is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register (KRS) Act.
