The Management Board of TIM SA hereby announces to the public the information that on 11.04.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA.
In accordance with the above statement on 06.04.2015 Mr. Krzysztof Folta acquired 200 shares at the price of PLN 8.4205 per share, and on 07.04.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta acquired 350 shares at the price of PLN 8.43 per share.
The transactions, referred to above, were effected at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the ordinary session transactions.
At the same time the President of the Management Board informed that prior to entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta he owned 4,444,000 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 20,0,2% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,444,000 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 20.02% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
According to the representation of the President of the Management Board of TIM SA drawn up as at 07.04.2016, after entering into the transactions, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta, Mr. Krzysztof Folta owned 4,444,550 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 20.02% in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,444,550 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 20.02% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
