TIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, also referred to here as “TIM S.A.”, “Company”, announces that, within the programme of acquisition of the company’s own shares according to Resolution No. 22/28.06.2022 of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. dated 28 June 2022, published in Current Report No. 17/2022 of 28 June 2022 and in accordance with the Regulations for the repurchase of TIM S.A.’s own shares, adopted by the Management Board of the Company and published in Current Report No. 35/2022 of 22 November 2022, between 24 November 2022 and 25 November 2022 the Company completed, through the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A, the following transactions for the purchase of its own shares _ ISIN code: PLTIM0000016_ during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange:
– on 24 November 2022, 14,228 of our own shares with a total value of PLN 397,877.20, with an average price of PLN 27.96 per share. These shares constitute 0.064% of the shares in the share capital of TIM S.A and entitle to 14,228 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes an 0.064% share in the total number of votes.
– on 25 November 2022, 2,096 of our own shares with a total value of PLN 58,802.40, with an average price of PLN 28.05 per share. These shares constitute 0.0094% of the shares in the share capital of TIM S.A and entitle to 2,096 votes on the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes an 0.0094% share in the total number of votes.
Considering the above transactions in the purchase of shares, TIM S.A. owns the total of 16,324 its own shares, constituting 0.074% of the shares in the share capital of the Company, which entitle it to 16,324 votes in the General Meeting of TIM S.A., a total of an 0.074% share in the total number of votes.
