Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław, acting in accordance with § 5, sec. 1, point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State _ Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33_, informs that on 24.03.2017 the Supervisory Board of TIM SA appointed Piotr Tokarczuk a Member of the Management Board for a joint three-year term of office of the Members of the Management Board of TIM SA expiring on the day of holding Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA approving the financial statements of TIM SA for the year 2018. Attached is detailed information provided by the Company regarding Mr. Piotr Tokarczuk, i.e. his level of education, qualifications, previously held positions with the description of the course of his professional career.
