The Board of TIM S.A. hereby informs that on 24.02.2015 the Company received a decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 9th Commercial Department of the National Court Register issued on 20.02.2015; pursuant to the decision the seat of TIM S.A. was changed. Current seat of the Company was located in Siechnice. Upon the above-mentioned change the seat of TIM S.A. is located in Wrocław. The current address of TIM S.A. is as follows: TIM S.A. The above-mentioned change was carried out on the basis of Resolution No. 6/13.01.2015 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. regarding the change of Article 2 of the Articles of Association of the Company, passed on 13.01.2015. The current consolidated text of the Articles of Association constitutes Attachment to the Report.
