The Management Board of TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, (hereinafter referred to as “TIM S.A.” or the “Company”), acting pursuant to Article 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informs about the change of the date of publication of the Individual Annual Report of TIM S.A. for 2022 and the Consolidated Annual Report of the TIM Capital Group for 2022.

In accordance with the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2023, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 7/2023 of 31/01/2023, the declared date of publication of the above-mentioned reports was 26 April 2023.

The new publication date of the above-mentioned report was scheduled for 25 April 2023.
