TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 19(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. on 28 June 2022 adopted resolution no. 8/28.06.2022 on the payment of dividend for 2021. 

Under the above-mentioned resolution, the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. adopted the amount of dividend for 2021 at PLN 53,278,080 (in words: fifty-three million two hundred and seventy-eight thousand and eighty zloty) gross, which gives the amount of PLN 2.40 (in words: two zloty 40/100) gross per 1 (in words: one) share, of which the amount of PLN 26,639,040 (in words: twenty-six million six hundred and thirty-nine thousand and forty zloty) gross, i.e.: PLN 1.20 (in words: one zloty 20/100) gross per 1 (in words: one) share was paid out on 23 December 2021 as the advance payment towards the dividend for the financial year 2021, including the amount of PLN 17,759,360 (in words: seventeen million seven hundred and fifty-nine thousand three hundred and sixty PLN) from the profit earned by the Company in the period 01/01/2021-30/06/2021, while the amount of PLN 8,879,680 (in words: eight million eight hundred and seventy-nine thousand six hundred and eighty zloty) came from the funds accumulated in the dividend fund. 

Pursuant to the above-mentioned resolution, the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. has decided that the remaining amount to the dividend to be paid for 2021 in the amount of PLN 26,639,040 (in words: twenty-six million six hundred and thirty-nine thousand and forty zloty) gross, i.e. PLN 1.20 (in words: one zloty 20/100) gross per 1 (in words: one) share will be paid to the shareholders who will be the owners of TIM S.A. shares on 27 July 2022 (dividend date). 

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on 11 August 2022 (dividend payment date). 

The above-mentioned dividend covers 22,199,200 shares of TIM S.A. 

The Management Board of TIM S.A. made public the information about the payment of the advance towards the dividend in current report no. 32/2021 of 16/11/2021.
