TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies, hereby makes public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. held on 15 November 2022.

1.Krzysztof Folta: 4,600,000 shares/votes _34.34% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 20.72% share in the total number of votes_, Ewa and Krzysztof Folta at the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. held together: 5,204,814 shares/votes _38.86% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 23.45% share in the total number of votes_.

2.Krzysztof Wieczorkowski: 3,000,000 shares/votes _22.40% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 13.51% share in the total number of votes_.

3.Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund: 1,641,669 shares/votes _12.26% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 7.40% share in the total number of votes_.

4.Kazimierz Stogniew: 787,004 shares/votes _5.88% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 3.55% share in the total number of votes_.

5.Jan Walulik: 710,400 shares/votes _5.30% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting; 3.20% share in the total number of votes_.

According to the attendance list, the Extraordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. on 15 November 2022 was attended by shareholders holding 13,394,663 shares entitling to 13,394,663 votes, which constitutes a share of 60.34% in the share capital of TIM S.A. amounting to PLN 22,199,200.00. One share of TIM S.A. gives the right to one vote at the General Meeting of TIM S.A.
