More than PLN 600 million turnover after 11 months of 2017

Preliminary estimates show that after November 2017 this year’s turnover of TIM SA amounted to over PLN 605.3 m. This result is better by almost 7% than that achieved after November 2016. The revenue from sales in the same November 2017 amounted to PLN 64.58 million, which is 7.5% more than in the same period of 2016.

The November turnover dynamics in the e-commerce channel was again higher than the growth rate of total revenues – it amounted to 12.4% YOY. The online sales in the penultimate month of 2017 reached the level of PLN 45.6 million.

It follows from the preliminary data, published on December 19, 2017 by the Central Statistics Office, that the construction and assembly production (in constant prices), including investment-related and repair works, completed in the country by construction companies hiring more than 9 workers, in November 2017 was higher by 19.8% than the year before (in relation to the 12.8% decrease in November last year) and higher by 5.0% compared to October this year. Without the impact of seasonal factors, the construction and assembly production was about 16.2% higher than in November last year and 3.2% higher compared to October this year. In the period from January to November 2017, the construction and assembly production was 12.8% higher than the year before.

– November 2017 is the second best month in the history of TIM SA in terms of turnover. We do not slow down the pace and we have an appetite for more. It appears that it will soon be satisfied. The online sales dynamics still exceeds the dynamics of total sales. And this means that the change in the sales model is bringing results. The investment cycle in the electrical industry is delayed in relation to construction works by about 6-9 months. “The bull market in this industry is yet to come”, predicts Krzysztof Folta, the President of TIM SA Management Board.
