TIM S.A. based in Wrocław _ “Company” or “TIM S.A.” informs that on 1 February 2024, the Company received notifications on the disposal of TIM S.A. shares submitted pursuant to Art. 19(1) of the MAR Regulation by:
Krzysztof Wieczorkowski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. – a person performing management responsibilities in the Company,
Krzysztof Folta – President of the Management Board – person performing management responsibilities in the Company,
Piotr Nosal – Member of the Management Board – person performing management responsibilities in the Company,
Piotr Tokarczuk – Member of the Management Board – person performing management responsibilities in the Company,
Ewa Folta – a person closely related to the person performing management responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Krzysztof Folta, President of the Management Board.

The notifications received by the Company constitute attachments to this report.
