Acting pursuant to Art. 70 No. 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies_ i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2554_ TIM S.A. based in Wrocław _”TIM S.A.” or “Company”_ informs that on 1 February 2024 the Company was informed by Nationale – Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. on reducing the ownership of the Company’s shares below 5% of votes at the General Meeting of TIM S.A.
