With reference to the current report No. 13/2022 of 01.06.2022 “Announcement of convening Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. for 28.06.2022” the Company TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, notified that on 15.06.2021 it received from a Shareholder of TIM S.A. – Mr. Krzysztof Folta – a nomination of Mr. Andrzej Kusz for a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. in the elections to the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A., which will be held at the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA convened for the date of 28.06.2022.Attached to this report, in order to allow the Shareholders of TIM S.A. to become acquainted with the candidate prior to the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A., the Company submits a professional resume of Mr. Andrzej Kusz and a declaration – consent of Mr. Andrzej Kusz to run in the elections to the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A.
