The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces that on 07.08.2018 Mrs. Ewa Folta – a person closely related to Mr Krzysztof Folta, the President of the TIM SA Management Board, notified the Company on the purchase of TIM SA shares.
