|TIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, informs that in current report no. 11/2022, dated 18 May 2022, concerning the strategy formulated by TIM S.A. for the following years, as a result of an obvious typographical mistake, it was stated that one of the objectives of the strategy adopted by the Management Board of TIM S.A. is to reach EBITDA of at least PLN 250 billion, whilst it should read: ‘at least PLN 250 million”.TIM S.A. shows below the uniform text of the report in question, including the correction mentioned above:
TIM S.A., based in Wrocław _”TIM S.A.”, the “Company”_ announces that on 18 May 2022, the Management Board of TIM S.A. approved the new strategy of TIM S.A. for further years _”Strategy”_. The approved assumptions and objectives of the Strategy are shown in the presentation enclosed hereto.
The main objective of the Strategy is further development of the B2B e-commerce platform, focused especially on the needs and expectations of professionals in the electronic engineering industry and achievement by 2026 of annual revenues for the Company of at least 3 billion PLN and EBITDA of at least 250 million PLN. The Company also announces that the approved objectives and assumptions in the Strategy are not forecasts or estimations of results, including financial results, and they concern only directions of operations in the coming years.
The approved Strategy will be regularly verified by the Management Board of TIM S.A.
