TIM wins e-Commerce Polska awards 2023 in the “Best in e-commerce B2B” category
Service Centre – an innovative implementation of the TIM.pl electrical engineering centre – won one of the most prestigious awards of the Polish e-commerce sector in the 11th edition of the competition organised by the Chamber of Digital Economy.
The TIM.pl Service Centre gained recognition of the jury, which resulted in the statuette in the “Best in e-commerce B2B” category among medium-sized and large entities. Competition was very strong – the other nominees in this category were: Allegro, ATLAS & Unity Group and Klimas. The award was accepted during a gala in Krakow by the representatives of TIM: Barbara Matkowska-Włosek (Marketing Director) and Michał Kostrowicki (Corporate Communication Manager).
The TIM.pl Service Centre combines the most important functionalities and services for B2B customers. The optimisation has resulted in the improvement of 33 services in seven categories. As a consequence, the TIM.pl Service Centre has not only become a place of the service aggregation, but also a platform facilitating everyday work for the TIM business customers.
e-Commerce Polska awards is one of the most important competitions of the Polish e-commerce sector. The winners of this competition include the largest and most innovative brands operating in Poland. This year’s edition is the ninth of eleven editions in which TIM was nominated for the award. The award for the TIM.pl Service Centre is already the fifth e-Commerce Polska awards statuette won by TIM in the 11 editions of the competition. Previous victories took place in 2015 (in two categories), 2020 and in 2022. In this year’s edition of e-Commerce Polska awards, TIM was also nominated in the “Best in CSR” category for its ESG strategy for the years 2023-2026 for the TIM Group.
