TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław _hereinafter referred to as: the Company or the Issuer_, acting pursuant to Article 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent _ consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757)_below announces the dates of providing periodical reports in 2023:

1. Consolidated extended quarterly reports:

a. report for Q1 2023 – 29 May 2023,

b. report for Q3 2023 – 22 November 2023.

2. Consolidated extended semi-annual report for I half of 2023 – 20 September 2023.

3. Annual reports:

a. Standalone annual report for 2022 – 26 April 2023

b. Consolidated annual report for 2022 – 26 April 2023

The Management Board of TIM S.A. declares that, pursuant to Article 62 sections 1 and 3 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company, as a parent company, will not submit separate standalone quarterly reports or a separate standalone semi-annual report. The consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information on the Issuer and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain the semi-annual financial statements of the Issuer together with the report from the review by an entity authorised to audit the financial statements.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 79 section 2 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Management Board of TIM S.A. will not submit a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 of the financial year.

Interim reports will be posted on the Company’s website at www.timsa.pl, under the ‘Investor Relations’ tab.
