TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław _hereinafter referred to as: the Company or the Issuer_, acting pursuant to Article 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent _ i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757)_below announces the dates of providing periodical reports in 2024:

1. Consolidated extended quarterly reports:

a. report for Q1 2024 – 28 May 2024,
b. report for Q3 2024 – 21 November 2024.

2. Consolidated extended semi-annual report for I half of 2024 – 19 September 2024.

3. Annual reports:

a. Standalone annual report for 2023 – 24 April 2024,
b. Consolidated annual report for 2023 – 24 April 2024.

The Management Board of TIM S.A. declares that, pursuant to Article 62 sections 1 and 3 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company, as a parent company, will not submit separate standalone quarterly reports or a separate standalone semi-annual report. The consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information on the Issuer and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain the semi-annual financial statements of the Issuer together with the report from the review by an entity authorised to audit the financial statements.
