Unprecedented customer support campaign, i.e. free training videos and webinars at TIM.PL

“Wiem to z TIM.PL” is a series of free training videos and webinars organized by TIM SA. for their customers. Its aim is to provide them with knowledge particularly useful in the current pandemic reality. The topics include: The Anti-Crisis Shield, procurement of new customers and service, factoring or deferred payment for purchases on TIM.PL.

The series has started with two training videos prepared by an experienced lawyer, Grzegorz Kurzyca, attorney-at-law, and are dedicated to the government’s Anti-Crisis Shield 1.0 and 2.0. One of them is addressed to the owners of micro-enterprises and the other to the self-employed and those working under civil and law contracts. Another element of the series are the webinars on topics that can help those who run their businesses in times difficult for most companies, especially the smaller ones:

  1. Financing liabilities towards TIM SA – in instalments, entirely online.
  2. Building one’s own brand.
  3. Factoring and more. Financing sales invoices for TIM SA customers.
  4. Customer service standards.

Webinars are available to all interested parties, not only TIM SA customers, while training videos and recordings of the completed webinars can be viewed after logging in.

Additionally, the TIM SA training portal (www.szkolenia.tim.pl;) gives everyone who organizes trainings, webinars or publishes training videos the option of informing about it, entirely free of charge. Such undertakings do not necessarily have to deal with electrotechnical issues but any issue useful in running small and medium-sized enterprises (law, taxes, HR, marketing, etc.).
