TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław publishes the Resolutions endorsed by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. on 29 June 2020. The Company informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. on 29 June 2020 did not withdraw from examining any of the points of the planned Agenda, as well as, that all Resolutions have been endorsed.
